MCLABELS guarantees to accept all products returned within 14 working days after receipt. The product will be accepted only if provided with an authenticity tag. The product must also be returned in the exact same conditions in which it left our warehouse.

Refunds are made each Friday of the week, so if we receive the return on Monday, you will have to wait until Friday to receive the refund.

Shipping costs paid originally placing the order will not be refunded, nor any import taxes or duties. Additionally the return shipping cost will be also not refunded.

Only in case of a change in size/color or store credit the return costs and the new shipping costs will be paid by MCLABELS. 

In this way also taxes and duties costs will be not paid again.

For logistical and customs reasons we do not accept returns from Russia.
