Would you like to change your personal information?
To change your personal information simply Log In to your MCLABELS.COM User Account. You can view and edit all of your information by clicking on “Personal Data”.
Did you forget your Password?
If you forgot your Password go to “Log in" at the top of the MCLABELS.COM homepage. Then click on "Did you forget your password?" and enter your email address. You will receive an email shortly after doing so with a temporary link where you will be able to set your new Password.
Would you like to place an order without creating a User Account?
You can always order as a Guest on MCLABELS.COM, without creating a User Account. Once you're ready to Checkout, you will be forwarded to the Log In page. Simply choose the option "Proceed as a Guest” and you will be only asked to enter your email. Once you have entered your shipping and billing address information and your payment method you will be asked to "Confirm" your order.
Why after completing an order the item is no more available?
We offer an exclusive range of designer products, which means that the quantities of each piece are very limited. Even if our website stock is constantly synchronized, a simultaneous order of the same item might occur and our stock information may be temporarily inaccurate.
Can a single order be shipped to more than one address?
MCLABELS.COM can ship a single order only to one address. If you would like to change your shipping address after you have placed your order, please request an address replacement by contacting us at our email firstname.lastname@example.org. It is not possible to change addresses to a different Country.
Can I cancel my order?
To cancel an order before it has been dispatched you need to contact our Customer Care by writing to email@example.com with in the object: “ORDER CANCELLATION - ORDER IDENTIFICATION NUMBER”. If the order has already been shipped you will have to wait for it and then create a Return from your Personal Profile page.
Which payment methods are accepted on MCLABELS.COM?
Payment methods are the same for all the countries. For more information please visit our “Payment methods” section.
Is it safe to use my credit card on MCLABELS.COM?
Your datas’ security is our priority. That is why MCLABELS.COM and our Partners’ payment processes do use the most advanced coding methods available for the protection of each transaction.
When will my credit card be charged?
The sum total of your order will be charged to your credit card as soon as you place an order on MCLABELS.COM. If you cancel your order before it ships, your credit card will be charged back within 24/48h. Please keep into consideration the bank’ elaboration time needed to process the request.
Did you do a wire transfer and would like to know if we have received your payment?
Your package will be shipped the same day that we receive your payment. You will receive an email with your package's tracking number. We remind you to indicate in the reason for payment the order number to facilitate the identification and speed up the shipment.
Which currency can I buy in?
On MCLABELS.COM the currency will be automatically set according to the country selected from the Menu on top of the Homepage.
Which is the refund process in case of return?
Refund timing can vary from 3 to 10 days. Please keep into consideration the bank’ elaboration time needed to process the request. Refund of the returned item will be charged back onto the same payment tool (bank account, credit card or PayPal) used to close your order. There is also the possibility for the customer to receive the refund as a promo-code to use at your next Checkout. Please tick this option when filling the return form on www.mclabels.com.
How much will I be charged for shipping?
Shipping methods and costs vary depending on the destination Country. For more information please visit our “Shipping and Return” page.
Is my order insured during transportation?
Your order is covered by the courier basic insurance which does not cover the total amount of the order.
How do I track the delivery of my order?
The customer will receive an e-mail with the tracking number of the shipment as soon as the package will be picked up from our warehouse by DHL.Thanks to this number it is possible to track your delivery status at any time by inserting the tracking number on the courier website (http://www.dhl.com/en/express/tracking.html).
Do you ship in my country?
We ship worldwide using DHL Express service. We suggest you to visit our “Shipping & Return” page for more information. Please notice that for deliveries in Russia due to the severe importing restrictions shipping delays might occur.
Do you deliver to PO boxes?
At this moment we do not deliver to PO Boxes due to courier restrictions.
Can I return my order?
MCLABELS.COM accepts the return of an order within 14 of receiving the package. For more information please visit our “Shipping and Returns” page.
Is it possible that my returned item is not accepted?
MCLABELS.COM reserves the right not to accept products without our Authenticity Card and other original labels. We recommend to try on the item before to remove any label. Moreover articles returned in different conditions from the ones certified by MCLABELS.COM before shipment, will not be accepted.
Is it possible to exchange a purchased item?
Is possible to request an exchange of your order by filling the Return procedure form on your Profile Page selecting the option “Change”. This will depend on availability of stock of the product in the requested size/colour.
